Included is a 15,000-litre crude oil agitation tank with a Wangen KL30S60.00 eccentric pump, feeding an automatic AMA filter system comprising a plate filter with 20 m² filtration surface and two fine filters (one with filter bag, one with filter candles) capable of removing impurities down to 0.5 microns. Seed feeding occurs via a dosing screw with optional seed heating; the actual press inlet is protected by a permanent magnet to capture ferrous contaminants. Discharge of rapeseed cake is handled via a chain conveyor and belt conveyor. This cabinet also includes a modem for forwarding error messages to various mobile phones. The control system can operate in both automatic and manual modes. In addition to these primary systems, the installation is equipped with all necessary supplementary silos to replenish the main silo, enabling 24/7 operation.
