The machine offers 2 operating modes: In 'Simple Bending', the length and rotation of the arcs relative to each other are displayed automatically. In 'Controlled Bending' mode, the data is pre-set and a continuous setpoint/actual comparison is performed during bending operations.
This excludes mispositioning within a tolerance window, effectively minimizing operator errors. General error messages are displayed in plain text on the large screen. The mandrel retraction is programmable and can be automatically activated upon reaching the bending angle.
The compact drive unit with removable mandrel support offers benefits for on-site assembly as well as for special constructions with very long tube in-feeds and is also available as a stationary version with a tool and mandrel bar organizing system. Dank eines fortschrittlichen KI-Algorithmus liefert der intelligente Seamark XC1000 Röntgen-Komponenten-Zähler eine Zählgenauigkeit von 99,99 % für alle SMD-Komponenten ab Baugröße 01005, sodass manuelle Fehler und zeitaufwendiges Abwickeln der Rollen der Vergangenheit angehören.
Der XC1000 zählt 1 bis 4 Rollen gleichzeitig – ohne Abwickeln, ohne Schätzungen, ohne Stillstandszeiten.

Der amorphe Silizium-Flachbilddetektor liefert gestochen scharfe, hochauflösende Bilder (sichtbarer Bereich 430 mm × 430 mm), ergänzt durch vier optionale Kameras für automatisches Barcode-Lesen.
