This machine has undergone a complete overhaul of its peripheral systems in 2023 and 2024 to ensure optimal recommissioning. It has seen very limited use since this refurbishment. Average Cycle: 3 to 4 days per drying cycle for 27mm thick timber at moisture content < 30% Retrofit history (2023): * Electric boiler: GRETEL TRT548 model (48 kW), newly installed on June 16, 2023. * Protection: Delivered with a custom Douglas fir shed, specifically designed to protect the boiler and external equipment, as well as an electrical cabinet shelter. * Maspell maintenance: Multiple wear parts replaced with original new Maspell components. * Hydraulic system: Circulator pump renewed during the boiler installation. * Heat exchanger: Plates replaced with new Barriquand brand models. * Water treatment: New Eautex water softener installed, including all connection parts, to protect the system from limescale.
