Scope of supply:

1. Loading Table with:
- Motorized sling loader for loading a complete bundle
- Side chain conveyor for feeding the tubes one by one
- Upper arm with vertical adjustment (to prevent loading two tubes at once when working with small diameters)

2. TRA3000 Cutter:
- 7 independent cutting heads
- All heads can be raised individually
- Linear guide with ruler for positioning the cutting heads
- Centralized tube transport system with adjustable production cycle

3. Double collecting cradle RA3, with:
- Independent cradles for collecting the cut tubes
- Side separators in the cradles to adapt length to the tube
- Motorized endless slings for gentle tube collection

Note: With the double cradle system, it is possible to carry out bundling and strapping on cradle 1 while production continues on the machine without stopping.

4. Main electrical cabinet and control panel.

NOTE:
- This machine has worked very few hours.
- Mechanical condition is very good.
- Only requires cleaning and repainting to look "as new"
