SCOPE OF SUPPLY

1 Loading table with:

- Motorised sling loader, for full bundle loading
- Side chain conveyor, for feeding tubes one by one
- Upper support with vertical adjustment (to avoid double tube loading when working with small diameters)

2 TRA3000 Cutting Machine with:

- 7 independent cutting heads
- All cutting heads can be raised independently
- Linear guide with scale for cutting head positioning
- Centralised tube transport system with adjustable production cycle

3 Individual RA1 tube collector cradle, with:

- Independent cradles, to collect the cut tubes
- Lateral separators between cradles, to adjust cradle length to tube length
- Motorised endless slings for collecting flexible tubes

4 Main electrical cabinet and operator control panel

5 Safety barriers around the machine, including light curtains and emergency line.

Note: The owner has installed safety barriers so the machine complies with “safety conformity” standards.
