1 universal milling unit SK40
with integrated A-axis swivel 190° (+/- 95°), along the X-axis for lock/hinge processing on both sides along the door edge directly with the unit.
Water-cooled milling spindle, nominal power 8 kW, available from 7,000 rpm, infinitely variable speed from 1,000 – 17,100 rpm, tool holder SK40 for automatic tool change.

1 chain-type tool magazine with 24 slots, for tools up to Ø 90 mm, when arranged in order up to max. Ø 160 mm, positioned at the unit’s home position. Maximum tool length 200 mm from spindle mount.
Milling spindle and 2x magazine slots set up for the use of angle/feeler heads with torque support.

Machine table with width adjustment via program, and with width measurement for machining with edge former for consistently equal groove depth on both sides.

1 set of infeed rollers for manual loading, automatically raiseable and lowerable.
1 x longitudinal stop with pneumatic positioning stroke, mounted traveling with the unit, for positioning according to door length and thickness.
4 pneumatic stops, laterally swiveling, for doors with veneer/cover overhang up to max. 15 mm, as well as selectable height adjustment for varying stop heights for finished doors (single/double rebate doors).
2 vacuum clamping lines, each with 5 vacuum cups, 130/200 x 70 mm, with sensor valve and air blow-off device. Per line, 3 vacuum cups are lowerable according to door height being machined.

1 vacuum pump, approx. 128 m³/h suction capacity, with 250-liter intermediate tank for fast vacuum build-up.

Automatic central lubrication, free-standing control cabinet with air conditioning unit.
Occupational safety: bumpers on both sides of the gantry, side safety fence.

Various tools and tool holders can be taken over by arrangement.
The machine is installed and ready for operation and can be inspected in the Hannover region.
