1 universal milling unit SK40
with integrated A-tilting axis 190° (+/- 95°), along the X-axis for lock / hinge processing on both sides along the longitudinal edge of the doors directly with the unit.
Milling spindle water-cooled, rated power 8 kW, available from 7,000 rpm, continuously variable speed from 1,000 – 17,100 rpm, tool holder SK40 for automatic tool changer.

1 chain tool magazine with 24 positions, for tools up to Ø 90 mm, for sorted storage up to max. Ø 160 mm, arranged at the unit’s home position. Maximum tool length 200 mm from spindle clamp.
Milling spindle and 2 magazine positions prepared for the reception of angle or feeler heads with torque support.

Machine table with width adjustment via program, as well as width measurement for processing with edge bander to ensure consistent mortising depth on both sides.

1 set infeed rollers for manual loading, automatically raiseable and lowerable.
1 longitudinal stop with pneumatic insertion stroke, mounted traveling with the unit, for positioning according to door length and thickness.
4 pneumatic stops, laterally swing-in, for doors with veneer/overlay up to max. 15 mm, also selectable height adjustment for varying stop heights for finished doors (single/double rebate doors).
2 vacuum clamping lines, each line with 5 vacuum pods, 130 / 200 x 70 mm, with sensing valve and blow-off device. 3 pods per line lowerable according to door height.

1 vacuum pump approx. 128 m³/h suction capacity, with 250 liter intermediate tank, for fast vacuum build-up.

Automatic central lubrication, free-standing control cabinet with air conditioning unit.
Occupational safety: bumpers on both sides of the moving gantry, side safety fence.

Various tools and tool holders may be taken over upon agreement.
The machine can be inspected in Hermaringen.
