The HYDRO WASH 1200 2-in-1 automatic spray washer is a multifunctional device, enabling fully automated cleaning of parts in a motor-driven rotary basket, or—for more complex shaped parts—high-pressure cleaning at 140 bar. Thanks to this combination of processes, it can be confidently stated that this machine is suitable for any workshop. It is perfectly suited for companies specializing in the reconditioning of turbochargers, steering racks, as well as gearboxes. To ensure user safety and stable washing parameters, an electronic control panel and a range of integrated sensors have been applied.

Operating principle:

Before first use, fill the tank with cleaning fluid. The recommended solution is a mixture of MRS Cleaner Strong concentrate and water, in the specified ratio. The Hydro Wash cleaner allows both manual and automatic washing.

a) To start automatic washing, prepare the machine (fill with water and concentrate), close the metal glove guard, close the washer lid by simultaneously pressing and holding two buttons (front and rear of the device), and press the start button.

*Basket rotation is possible with the lid open—by pressing the right button on the foot pedal, or simultaneously pressing both buttons (front and rear of the device), provided the metal glove guard is closed.

b) To start manual washing, close the washer lid by simultaneously pressing and holding both buttons (front and rear). Open the metal glove guard and press the left button on the foot pedal.
