The fruits are transferred from the sorting table to the washing tank and then conveyed to the washing brushes, where the first cleaning stage begins. Using the conveyor belt, the fruits are moved under a fresh-water spray to the swiveling grater mill, where the fruit or vegetables are processed to the desired consistency. Thanks to the swiveling grater mill, the system can also be used as a pure washing and conveying unit without modification.
