MDK 3000 Brush Washing Machine with Masher

The unwashed fruit is delivered via the infeed, after which it is pre-washed and then cleaned again on the conveyor belt by an additional fresh water spray.

Easy to clean, equipped with durable, food-grade polypropylene/acetal modular belts with infinitely variable belt speed in both directions, fitted with two swivel castors and two fixed castors, or alternatively with anti-vibration feet.

Requires minimal maintenance.

-Air knife – removes water from the fruit surfaces, reducing water in the final product
-Recirculation pump with filter – ensures the correct flow rate in the washing tank
