Description
Mitre cutting automatic saw with semi-automatic function for cutting aluminium and light metal alloys. Mitre cuts from 45° right to 45° left, with the saw head swivelling 0°-45° to the left.

Control is via multi-microprocessor units, while two NC-controlled axes allow up to 1,000 different cutting programs to be stored, each with variable quantities and lengths, for the same material.

-New centralized control panel on an articulated arm, allowing operation from any working position and immediate access to the emergency stop at all times.
-Fieldbus communication system with dual microprocessor and serial port.
-Display with 20 characters x 4 lines for real-time indication of the following technical parameters: number of programmed and completed cuts, saw blade thickness, feed length, cutting time, ammeter, and over 100 diagnostic messages and warnings.
-New – Alarm and error message logging with event history display. New – 600 mm material feed with drive motor and ball screw, mounted on opposing ball bearings.
-New – Low-voltage control panel: Membrane keypad made of polyester with thermoformed, raised buttons and activation LED.
-Stroke of saw bow programmable directly from the control panel to adapt to cutting material.
-Ball bearing mounted turntable for easy and precise rotation.
-Clamping system with two front-end vises, positionable along the length of the part.
-Adjustable mechanical stops for rapid head positioning at 0 and 45 degrees both left and right.
