MKN Optima 850

This is the mobile version of a 100 LITER cooking kettle from the premium manufacturer MKN, model Optima 850. The unit is in excellent maintained condition. The kettle features a double-jacket design with a separate, integrated, low-maintenance VAPRO steam generation system for rapid heat-up times, reduced energy and water consumption, and high efficiency. The VAPRO Quick Steam System ensures short boiling times. Additionally, the unit is equipped with automatic operating water monitoring and replenishment, ensuring constant operational readiness. Thanks to its mobile design (on castors), the unit can be adapted to any room layout.

The device has undergone a comprehensive inspection in our in-house workshop and is fully functional.

The cooking kettle will be available from week 19.
