Kondisi: bekas, Tahun pembuatan: 2007, Prominent water treatment plant, comprising: 1. Softening: The raw water is fed into the twin softener unit. Only one vessel is ever in service, while the other is regenerating or on standby. In the softener, calcium and magnesium are replaced by sodium. The system features volume monitoring, which switches to the other vessel once the preset throughput is reached. Regeneration is performed using brine from the salt tank. The outflow hardness is 0°dH. 2. Reverse osmosis: The reverse osmosis unit fills the permeate tank with demineralised water (permeate). Conductivity and operating pressure vary depending on raw water quality, temperature, membrane condition, and correct settings. At initial commissioning, the following flows are set: Permeate 600 l/h, concentrate 200 l/h, corresponding to a yield of 75%. 3. Permeate tank and ozonation: The 500 l atmospheric permeate tank is equipped with adjustable level control. For ozonation, water is circulated from the permeate tank via a variable ozone dosing point. Ozone is generated in the ozone generator by silent electrical discharge from ambient air and is supplied as an ozone-air mixture. Air and undissolved ozone rise in the permeate tank and are vented via the residual ozone destructor. After the centrifugal pump, redox potential and ozone are measured for process control. Ozone dosing is set via the touch panel. Control can be based either on redox potential or measured ozone concentration.
