Dkedpfx Adjxghngjgeg Diese Doppel-Fassadenpaneele sind im Bauwesen äußerst beliebt und werden zur Verkleidung von Wohngebäuden und Industrieanlagen, für die Errichtung von Zäunen in verschiedenen Ausführungen, Pavillons, Dachelementen usw. eingesetzt. Die Metallsiding-Produktionslinie SPM-2 ist vollautomatisch und besteht aus einem Rollenteil, einer Automatisierungseinheit und einer Guillotine-Schere am Ausgang der Maschine. Je nach Kundenwunsch kann die Linie um einen manuellen oder automatischen Abwickler für Metallcoils erweitert werden. In der Standardausführung produziert die Rollformmaschine SPM-2 flache Doppel-Fassadenpaneele, optional können durch Zusatzgeräte jedoch auch Paneele mit Mikroprofilierung oder Sickenprofil hergestellt werden. Für den Produktionsstart wird ein Metallcoil auf den Abwickler gesetzt und das Bandende in die ersten Umformwalzen der Maschine eingeführt. Schrittweise wird das Metall durch die weiteren Walzen geführt und bei Bedarf ausgerichtet. Sobald das Metall zum Schneidwerkzeug gelangt, wird das Band in die Messereinheit eingeführt und ein "Nullschnitt" durchgeführt. Anschließend kann die Maschine in den Automatikbetrieb wechseln. Über das Bedienfeld lassen sich Auftragsmengen, Produktlängen (Einzelbearbeitung oder Mehrfach-Modi) einstellen. Nach Einstellung der gewünschten Parameter fertigt die Maschine die Wandverkleidungspaneele automatisch und schneidet sie direkt auf Maß. So erhält der Kunde die Endprodukte schnell und in höchster Qualität. Die Rollformgeschwindigkeit ist variabel und beträgt bis zu 10-15 Meter pro Minute. Die SPM-2 Produktionslinie für Metallverkleidungspaneele verfügt über spezielle Stanzvorrichtungen für Befestigungslöcher an der Paneelseite. Somit kann der Kunde ein breiteres und attraktiveres Produktportfolio anbieten. Der Rollenteil der Maschine umfasst 18 Walzenpaare, die höchste Produktqualität gewährleisten. Die Maschine ist wahlweise mit oder ohne Schutzverkleidung lieferbar.
