We are offering a used, fully functional flow racking system with a two-level layout (ground floor and upper floor) for sale. This system is perfectly suited for storage and order picking according to the FIFO principle (First In – First Out), making it ideal for logistics, shipping, or production companies. The racking is optimized for cartons measuring 600 x 400 x 250 mm, with a total capacity for 3,000 cartons.

Dimensions
The total length of the system is approx. 37 m, divided into two blocks: a continuous block (approx. 20 m), a stair element (approx. 1.3 m), and a second block with a passageway (approx. 15.6 m). The total depth is approx. 4.6 m, consisting of two racking beam depths of 1.3 m each and a central aisle of approx. 2 m. The upright height is approx. 4.3 m, with the underside of the mezzanine (upper level) at approx. 2 m—providing ample working height on the ground floor for ergonomic operation.

Design and Equipment
Each bay is approx. 2.12 m wide (upright width approx. 0.1 m) and contains 10 flow lanes—5 on the ground floor and 5 on the upper level. The shelf heights are variably adjustable thanks to perforations in the uprights, allowing flexible adaptation to different product sizes. The compartments are fitted with roller conveyors set at a slight incline, enabling goods and handling units to roll automatically to the picking side.

Access to the upper level is via an integrated staircase. A central passage between the racking rows allows replenishment from the rear and picking from the front.
