Netstal EVOS 5500-2000 Injection Moulding Machine

Very compact, hydraulic, three-platen clamping unit with encapsulated lubrication system, providing an oil-free environment in the mould area.
High-precision and wear-resistant linear guides ensure maximum mould durability and the highest machine availability.
Hybrid injection unit features a modular design and flexible performance package (metering, holding pressure, injection), which can be tailored to the application.
Maximum plasticizing performance and optimal melt quality are guaranteed by selecting process-appropriate components.
Servo-electric metering drive and modern valve technology ensure energy-efficient operation.
