The UZ12 ULTRALIGHT is one of the lightest automatic feed beveling machines on the market. Thanks to its compact size and low weight, it is suitable not only for workshops but also for on-site assembly. The machine is equipped with automatic feed, making operation of the UZ12 ULTRALIGHT very convenient.
* Suitable for conventional steels (up to a tensile strength of 600 MPa/87,022 PSI), brass, copper, and aluminum materials
* For beveling workpieces with minimum dimensions of 65 x 60 x 3 mm
* Sheet thickness working range: 3 – 35 mm
* Beveling of pipes from an internal diameter of 95 mm
* Variable adjustment of the required bevel angle using interchangeable holder kits for each specific angle
* Double-sided bevel (X, K) without handling the material
* Quiet operation
* Equipped with automatic feed
* For stationary or mobile use
* The machine can process large workpieces without additional support at a speed of 1.8 m/min
* Smaller workpieces can be inserted directly into the machine
