Overview

This labelling machine, model: Novexx Solutions ALS 206, was manufactured in 2012 and was used for carton labelling applications. This system applies labels with a width from 10 to 156 mm (maximum material width including liner: 160 mm) to the sides of products. The product surface must be flat to ensure consistent label application. Both paper and rigid PE label materials can be used. The maximum dispensing speed is 30 m/min. The stand with vertically and horizontally adjustable spindle enables flexible integration into a conveyor system. The product sensor must be connected to the ALS device via the M12 connector. The system consists of an upper and lower labelling unit, each with infeed and outfeed conveyors. Upper unit: model ALS 206; lower unit: model ALX 924/5. Can be supplied with PC and a carton label printer. Stand included. The Subway label applicator was replaced 2 years ago. The device features an extended-height frame.
