Overview
This palletizing and wrapping line consists of an Ocme palletizer and two Robopac Genesis stretch wrapping machines, all from 2014. The system was designed for handling shrink-wrapped containers and is in good condition. It is suitable for palletizing and wrapping multiple pallet formats and offers an output of up to 30,000 bottles per hour, depending on the format. Layer formation grouping is performed by two Fanuc robots. Two additional Fanuc units handle palletizing and the placement of layer pads. The palletizing and wrapping system is part of a complete line, of which some components have already been sold.
