Omag machine with multiple manufacturing programs for paving stones (all models), blocks, square curbstones, and regular curbstones (4 programs).

This is a complete plant consisting of a drying robot and full automation in the product feeding process.

The plant includes a silos annex for aggregate classification and automation of two 4m3 axial concrete mixers, with a total weight of approximately 150 tons for the complete equipment. It comes with 36 molds—varied as per the attached list—and an interchangeable piston.

The machine, the automation system, the aggregate plant, and the color treatment plant are all completely disassembled and stored in containers. The full set comprises 8 platforms for transport and two containers entirely filled with automation equipment, plus 36 high-cost stainless steel molds.

Includes 2,000 drying trays for materials (1400x750mm).

The offer includes the complete concrete plant, concrete mixer, hopper, the Omag plant with two transfer robots for drying, the complete equipment for various paving stone colors, and the complete plastic pallet packing system.
