Semi-automatic Bagging Machine with 5 m³ Hopper – 1-50 kg Bags / 1500 kg Big Bag

Industrial semi-automatic bagging station equipped with a large-capacity hopper and a dual weighing system, designed for dosing and packaging bulk materials into bags and Big-Bags.

This machine is particularly suitable for operations in agriculture, fertilizers, feed, chemicals, minerals, pellets, granules, and powders. The two independent weighing scales enable simultaneous filling of both small bags and Big-Bags, significantly boosting the productivity of the packaging line.

Material is dispensed from the wide-mouth 5 m³ hopper via two independent belt conveyors with gear motors, featuring continuously adjustable throughput to ensure precision and control during dosing.

The robust frame is engineered for industrial use and features both side and rear forklift pockets, allowing for easy and fast handling within the facility.
