ASM Series Vibratory Screening Machine
S&F oscillating and flat deck screens are used in a wide range of applications within the wood processing industry (sawmills, pellet plants). Screening machines of the "ASM" series are designed for screening wood chips, wood pellets, sawdust, wood shavings, recycled wood, biomass, and many other sawmill by-products in both dry and wet environments.

The material-friendly, horizontally circular motion of the inclined screen box ensures high separating efficiency in the oscillating sieve. A key advantage of this screen is that long and fibrous particles slide diagonally to tangentially across the screening surface. This prevents clogging and wedging of material—an advantage over throw screens. Additional benefits include a robust design, high screening performance, and long, low-maintenance service life.
In addition to standard sizes, the company also offers the "ASM" series as a custom solution in split design for existing installations. This enables the integration of new screening machines even in confined and hard-to-access spaces in existing plants or sawmills.
ASM series screening machines provide screen areas from 0.5 to 15 m² (per deck) and feature high throughput capacities (up to 350 m³/h, depending on material).
