Design
The torch cable provides maximum freedom of movement, making welding in various positions easier. The integrated controller, featuring a large, user-friendly display, is highly intuitive. The system is equipped with a robust cooling system, allowing reliable use in demanding three-shift operation environments.

Operating Principle
The laser welding unit melts the filler wire and the edges of the components using laser heat. The laser beam is focused and directed at the welding wire via the wire feed, precisely at the contact point. When the trigger is pressed, the torch must be guided along the weld line matching the wire feed speed. A constant operating temperature of the beam source and torch is maintained by a water-cooling system. Laser output and cooling are managed by a controller that regulates parameters according to user settings.
