The machine is equipped with:

- RMV-40 – Automatic edge band magazine, 0.4–3 mm edge thickness, end trimming shears with roller and optical sensor; trims edge length on the workpiece (saves edging material)
- Automatic edge storage with optical monitoring of piece edges in fixed lengths

- Combi Melt – gluing zone; suitable for EVA and PUR hot-melt adhesives as well as all common cleaning granulates

Machine Control:
- via 15” colour touch monitor, unlimited number of storable sequential programs, full preselection of machining units as well as working parameters for the combimelt gluing system for full automation and maximum user comfort
- Electronic system – positional control with high accuracy +/- 1 mm
- Via Beckhoff industrial PC, certain units can be adjusted during machine loading.

Machining Units:
- F – Pre-milling:
For pre-milling workpieces before glue application,
2 HF motors 1.5 kW, for- and counter-rotation, automatically controlled
- Kc – Double end trimming:
With 2 high-frequency motors 0.3 kW, 12,000 rpm
- Bfc – Rough milling
Rough cutter for machining solid edges from the surface and pre-rounding radius milling
- Hft – Fine milling unit – radius
With 2 HF motors 0.3 kW, 12,000 rpm,
double-sided, automatically adjustable
- AKF – Automated copy milling unit, universal milling unit:
With two independent spindles, for upper/lower longitudinal as well as corner processing. Automatic switching from thin edge chamfering (up to 1 mm) to radius processing.
- ZKc – Scraper unit R2
Double-sided processing, automatic control, for rounding
- FZK – Flat scraper for cleaning edge and glue excess
- GE – Second support guide unit (can be swung in/out as required)
- GS – Spray application of slip agent onto the edge
- RS Set – 4-fold spray application with chemical and cleaning unit
- ZKc – Scraper unit R1
- WE – Angle stop, for precise guidance of the workpiece into the edgebander

Trouble-free machine in excellent condition, regularly serviced by OTT (Asamer s.r.o.).
The machine is currently in full production operation, can be demonstrated – we use PUR glue. Available end of 2025.
