Deskripsi
The C11 MKL cross-cut optimization line, offered by Wood Expert Industry, is a state-of-the-art technological solution specifically designed for industrial wood processing and optimizing workflow in woodworking shops. All processing line components are manufactured by Paul Germany and were fully overhauled in July 2025, with zero operating hours since revision.
Composition of the PAUL C11 MKL Lumber Optimization Line:
Inclined Conveyor Belt 9.0 m/230 mm
Ideal for the automatic and efficient handling of wood pieces to the processing area, equipped with a guided belt and robust fixing devices to ensure transport stability.
Measuring Station with Luminescent Scanner and Photocell
Allows for precise identification of the beginning and end of each workpiece, featuring dedicated bottom rollers for high-accuracy measurements.
Pressure Roller Unit
Provides correct alignment and pressing of workpieces between 250 and 4200 mm, with manual adjustment according to material thickness.
Reinforced Marking Rails, Left and Right
Automatically carry out pre-marking of cutting positions for increased efficiency and accuracy in subsequent processing.
C11 MKL Optimizer – CNC Cross-Cut Sawing Station
Includes a robust welded steel frame, 500 mm TCT saw blade, 5.5 kW servo-driven motor, variable speed, and advanced feed system with top and bottom rollers for precise workpiece guidance. Electric adjustment of upper rollers allows automatic adaptation to timber thickness. The system integrates automatic waste removal, dust extraction ports, CE safety compliance, and advanced features for superior cutting quality (blade with 132 conical teeth).
Discharge System
Comprises a conveyor belt (11.5 m/230 mm) and an ascending waste conveyor (3.0 m/500 mm, with collection hopper) to optimize material flow and waste removal.

Length Sorting System
With pneumatic ejectors and basic sorting equipment, it enables automatic organization and discharge of processed pieces into two separate positions, increasing line productivity.
Maxi8 Premium Operator Terminal and Optimization Software
17” touch-screen terminal, dust-protected, remote diagnostics, Linux-based with dedicated optimization software (up to 60 cutting lists, 9 quality grades, 400 preset lengths per list), advanced statistics, and networking options. Includes data import/export via USB.
Control and Automation Equipment
Standard electrical cabinets, control panels, complete assembly and wiring using high-quality components for intensive operation.
