Our skyLaser Mark nameplate laser systems are used where conventional CO2 laser technology reaches its limits. The fiber laser, with a wavelength of 1064nm, enables even the most delicate structures to be created in almost any material. Application advantages include geometric flexibility and high processing accuracy. This method can be applied regardless of the hardness of the workpiece to be processed. The system’s flexibility is further enhanced by a mobile, customizable worktable, making it easy to integrate into production lines or operate as a stand-alone solution. Our skyLaser Mark delivers highly precise and permanent markings (laser engravings), and is specially designed for use on metal nameplates and certain organic materials.

A wide range of fonts can be used, as well as the effortless application of barcodes, serial numbers, logos, and images. Thanks to outstanding resolution, virtually all marking tasks can be accomplished. Whether manufacturing embossing stamps, engravings, markings, or complex fine structures, the software is extremely user-friendly. Even very complex and intricate marking tasks can be easily created on the included industrial PC. Accurate part positioning is a snap thanks to the optional process monitoring camera and software-assisted workpiece alignment.

With virtually no wearing parts and thanks to IPG laser technology being nearly maintenance-free, it is particularly suitable for industrial applications and continuous operation.
