The CNC Milling Plotter 1012 SPECIAL is a precision machine engineered and manufactured in Poland, designed for the machining of a wide range of engineering materials such as wood and wood-based panels (chipboard, MDF, OSB, etc.), plastics (plexiglass, PVC, HPL, etc.), composites (Dibond, carbon fiber, Alucobond), soft metals, and more.

CONSTRUCTION:
The plotter features a robust construction using high-grade steel throughout. During production, all components undergo specialized heat treatment processes ensuring durability and structural integrity.

WORKING AREA:
The effective working area of our CNC router is 1000 x 1200 mm.

The standard Z-axis travel is 200 mm, with an option to increase the range up to 400 mm upon request.

DRIVES:
Our machines are equipped with high-resolution, high-power digital servo motors providing optimal acceleration and speed across all axes. The X and Y axes are driven by proven and reliable helical racks, ensuring high durability and precision. The Z axis utilizes a premium-grade ball screw. All axes operate on linear rail guides to maintain accuracy and smooth motion.

SPINDLE:
Tool movement is powered by a powerful, liquid-cooled, durable high-grade brushless spindle. The spindle is equipped with high-quality machine bearings, delivering exceptionally quiet operation and above-average service life. Spindle speed ranges from 6,000 to 24,000 rpm. The spindle is driven by an inverter with higher power output than the spindle itself, preventing speed reductions under heavy load.

SOFTWARE:
The machine is supplied with the latest version of CAD/CAM software, enabling quick and user-friendly part design. The software automatically converts projects into G-code, and supports importing ready-made files from other CAD applications.

CONTROL SYSTEM:
Machine operation is managed via a controller with its own processor and RAM, ensuring stable and reliable operation. The controller supports real-time vector analysis for smooth motion and minimized machining errors. It also features resume capability after power loss, eliminating the need to reinitialize programs. Built-in controller memory allows operation without repeated program reloads.
