The CNC Milling Plotter 2030 SPECIAL is a precision machine engineered in Poland, designed for machining a wide range of engineering materials such as: wood, wood-based materials (chipboard, MDF, OSB etc.), plastics (plexiglass, PVC, HPL etc.), composites (dibond, carbon, alucobond), soft metals, and more.

CONSTRUCTION:
The machine is constructed entirely from high-quality steel. During the manufacturing process, all components undergo specialized heat treatment.

WORKING AREA:
The usable working area of our machining center is 2100 x 3100 mm. Custom working areas are available upon request.

Z-AXIS TRAVEL AND GANTRY CLEARANCE:
The standard Z-axis travel is 200 mm, with the option to increase it up to 400 mm.

DRIVES:
Our CNC routers are powered by high-resolution, high-torque digital motors, ensuring optimal acceleration and speed in all directions. The X and Y axes utilize proven helical racks for maximum durability and precision, while the Z-axis drive is provided by a high-grade ball screw.

SPINDLE:
The tool spindle is a powerful, water-cooled, high-class brushless unit. The spindle features top-quality machine bearings, extremely quiet operation, and above-average service life. Spindle speed ranges from 6,000 to 24,000 RPM.

SOFTWARE:
The machine is equipped with advanced, user-friendly CAD/CAM software in its latest version.

CONTROL SYSTEM:
Operation is managed via a dedicated controller, which features its own processor and RAM, ensuring stable and reliable performance. The controller supports job resumption after a power outage, eliminating the need to restart programs from the beginning.

VACUUM TABLE:
The table is made using grid-based technology, with sectional zoning enabled by gasket seals for flexible workplace adaptation to different workpieces. A carefully selected vacuum pump appropriate to table size guarantees uniform material hold-down.

LINEAR 6-POSITION TOOL CHANGER:
The linear tool changer ensures automated machining processes, ideal for multi-tool operations. It increases speed, efficiency, and operator safety, reducing potential errors. A standard six-position magazine is included, with optional upgrades up to 16 positions.

Oscillating Knife:
The oscillating knife is a cutting-edge CNC attachment designed for processing low-density materials. The blade moves vertically, allows for the efficient cutting of thick, soft materials such as foam, magnetic foil, corrugated cardboard, and textiles.
