The High Quality Press Brake (HQPB) represents the top model of the Placke press brake range. Complete manufacturing, from hydraulic cylinder assembly to electrical control cabinet construction, is handled in-house. By combining state-of-the-art technology with years of expertise in forming technology, the HQPB series enables bending at the highest level. Even the standard configuration is delivered as a fully operational press brake. This package of safety, reliability, and efficiency—coupled with straightforward operation—allows us to meet the highest level of demands and accuracy in the bending process.

Machine Body:
- Base machine manufactured from S 355 N steel
- Uprights welded with 2 pressure pipes and top-mounted oil reservoir
- Above-floor design
- Paint finish: two-component textured paint in light grey (RAL 7035) and signal grey (RAL 7004)

Upper Beam:
- Ram, stress-relieved annealed
- Penetration depth measuring, reading head guided by ball rail system
- Separate Y1/Y2 control, electric angular misalignment monitoring

Hydraulic System:
- Proportional hydraulic control valve with electronically monitored cylinder synchronization

Another key advantage of the DM1100 2C is its capability to process small parts from 50 mm onwards. By folding up a table, the rotation direction of the upper conveyor belt is automatically reversed, and the gap of the first processing station is bridged, so that parts go directly into the second station. This means small parts sized from 50 mm up to 150 mm can then be processed on one side only. An additional positive feature of this machine is its ability to round parts with protective surface film without damaging the film. Simple, tool-free cross belt change. Programmed automatic positioning of the upper and lower belts for optimal accessibility and reduced changeover times. Effortless operation via integrated touchscreen.
