The semi-automatic Pneumatico PT-2800 assembly table is ideal for the production of pallets in various sizes. Its design allows for fast and straightforward adjustment of the pallet assembly dimensions, enabling efficient manufacturing of small production batches. One operator is required to operate the table, and depending on the operator’s skills and work organization, between 180 and 210 pallets can be assembled during an 8-hour shift.

Two nail guns with different nail lengths are suspended on two spring balancers, ensuring more ergonomic operation. Pneumatic clamps precisely position blocks and stringers, resulting in higher production quality and consistent repeatability for any given pallet size. Pneumatic lifting of the pallet makes the assembly process less fatiguing for the operator.
