Deskripsi
The ATC plotter series has been developed for professional use in large industrial plants and factories, designed for the production of complex, large-scale components. Thanks to its special construction, the machine is suitable for manufacturing, among others, foundry models and yachts, significantly reducing processing time. To meet the demands of heavy-duty machining, ATC machines feature a reinforced structure and more powerful AC servo drives on each axis. The presence of five axes supports the machining process of even the most demanding components.
Standard features of this series include automatic tool change, a six-position linear tool magazine, and a tool height sensor. These solutions significantly speed up the machining process that requires the use of multiple cutters.

CONSTRUCTION:
The machine frame is made of steel and cast iron, ensuring high rigidity and resistance to overloads associated with the machining process.
WORKING AREA:
The usable work area of our machine is 3000 x 6000 mm.
Z-AXIS RANGE AND GANTRY CLEARANCE:
Parameters tailored to the individual needs of the client.
DRIVES:
Our machines are powered by SERVO motors, ensuring appropriate acceleration and speed in each direction. The X and Y axes use proven rack-and-pinion drives that ensure high durability and precision, while the Z-axis is powered by a high-grade ball screw. All axes run on linear guideways.
SPINDLE:
The cutting tool is driven by a high-class, powerful brushless spindle. The spindle speed ranges from 6,000 to 24,000 rpm. Power is supplied via an inverter with a higher capacity than the spindle itself, thus preventing speed drops under heavy loads.
TOOL MAGAZINE:
The standard equipment includes a linear tool magazine with 6 HSK holders. Additional magazine positions are available on request.
SOFTWARE:
The machine comes with dedicated CAD/CAM software, allowing for quick and easy component design, which the program subsequently converts to G-code. Import of ready-made files from other programs is also possible.
CONTROL:
Machine operation is managed by a controller featuring its own processor and built-in memory, ensuring stable and reliable performance.
