This is a modern CNC machine tool designed for industrial applications, used for cutting sheet metal and profiles with a plasma torch. It features a robust construction made from the highest quality steel and aluminum, a large cutting range, the capability to cut elements of any shape, and low operating costs. The advanced solutions used in its production ensure reliable and safe operation. Material cutting is performed in a short time while maintaining high accuracy and detail fidelity. To achieve the desired shape, all that is required is to import a file into the software, making the operation of this cutter easy and intuitive.

CONSTRUCTION
The plasma cutter’s frame is designed and manufactured from scratch in our factory. The high-quality steel used in production is cut, welded, and precisely machined. The entire frame, gantry, and gantry arms are additionally reinforced with ribbing, providing high rigidity and eliminating vibrations and deformations.

DRIVES
Our cutters are driven by high-power, high-resolution AC Servo motors, which ensure proper acceleration and speed in all directions. These are highly dynamic and precise motors with feedback control, guaranteeing zero backlash by constantly monitoring operational parameters. The X and Y axes are equipped with classic, proven helical racks, ensuring high durability and precision.

TORCH
We use components from leading manufacturer PGCNC in our plasma machines. Technologies implemented in the torch significantly increase productivity and cutting speed. HD technology delivers better hole quality, greater piercing performance, and beveling capabilities. This ensures high quality, consistent cutting, and maximized productivity at minimal operating cost and high reliability.

BLADE TABLE
The blade table utilizes heat-resistant technology, enabling continuous operation without concern for burns that could prevent even placement of material on the work surface. Blade positioning can be easily adjusted depending on the size of the parts being cut. The blade table is an ideal solution for cutting thicker materials.

SOFTWARE
The machine is equipped with Starfire 2D CAD/CAM software. Users have access to a range of features, including the ability to import ready-made designs in vector formats: .dxf, .plt, .ai, .eps. The program enables quick and precise path generation for cutting processes.

POWER SOURCE
The standard machine configuration includes a 120A plasma source, characterized by high performance, cutting quality, and speed.

AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM
The plasma cutter is also equipped with an automatic lubrication system, which minimizes maintenance requirements. The central lubrication unit is a simple and functional device used to deliver oil to all points where machine components interact.
