Deskripsi

The heavy-duty TCG double-bed lathe is a universal machine tool designed for rough and finish turning, drilling, threading, taper turning, and boring of heavy and very heavy workpieces in a single setup. The TCG lathe is suitable for machining objects with diameters up to 1600 mm. Its structural design and rigidity allow for high chip removal rates while ensuring excellent surface finish and minimal ovality of the workpiece.

The machine is currently located at our company ZAK in Poręba, ul. Zakładowa 2 (Poland) – it is presently disassembled and undergoing a complete overhaul.

We can offer the machine as a TCG 160 with 5 meters turning length, or we can upgrade it to TCG 200; turning length can be customized as needed.
