Manual adjustment: tool slide rotary plate (B and E axes), tool slide vertical adjustment (V and Y axes), tool head tilting (A and D axes), each with ROD for digital read-out in the control unit.
- Hydraulic workpiece clamping device integrated with automatic loading system via workpiece feeder/conveyor and swing loader, as well as air system monitoring for the workpiece.
- Coolant system with chip conveyor, soundproof enclosure, central lubrication system, integrated hydraulic system, pneumatically operated safety doors, deburring device, etc.
Working principle: Gear hobbing with electronically synchronized tool and workpiece axes, enabling machining of both symmetrical and asymmetrical straight chamfer forms. Characterized by high productivity and precision.
