The washing and elevator milling unit is made entirely of stainless steel. First, the operator pours fruits and vegetables together with clean water into the washing tank. A conveyor belt lifts the products to the mill. During lifting, water nozzles spray the fruits and vegetables with clean water. The machine then mills the fruit and vegetables into mash. Finally, the fruit and vegetable mash exits the mill.

- The machine’s milling head is round, ensuring that the entire milled mash directly exits for further processing. This design significantly facilitates head cleaning, as there are no corners. - The machine features an additional table in front of the tank for placing fruit or crates, making it easier to load products into the tank.
- The V-shaped washing tank helps direct fruits and vegetables straight onto the conveyor belt, reducing the amount of produce left in the tank.
- The integrated water spray system provides extra cleaning as the fruits are lifted onto the conveyor belt.
- The belt conveyor is equipped with a water drain and speed control system.
- The speed of the conveyor belt can be adjusted via the control panel.
