The high-speed deburring machine for deburring, edge rounding, and finishing of steel parts up to 600 mm width.

This deburring and finishing machine from Q-Fin is specifically designed for applying a large radius of up to 2 mm on steel sheets.

With the Q-Fin SER600 Super Edge Rounder, it is possible to deburr, grind, edge-break, round, deslag, remove oxide layers, or create a line finish on sheet metal parts up to 600 mm wide. A combination of these operations is also possible.

The throughput of the SER600 is 3 to 5 times higher than comparable machines.

This new 2025 model is equipped with a magnetic support, making it suitable for processing steel cut parts and other ferromagnetic materials. The machine features 5 processing stations and is conveniently operated via an HMI touchscreen on the machine's front.

The first station of the SER600 consists of a grinding unit.
The abrasive belt of this unit removes burrs and/or burn marks from the product surface.
If no burrs are present, the abrasive belt can be omitted or removed.
It is also possible to finish the product with a finer abrasive belt or with a Scotch-Brite belt.

The second and third stations consist of a disc brush unit with 4 oscillating disc brushes.
The fourth and fifth stations comprise 2 round brushes rotating in opposite directions (left/right).
With the brushes, you can break sharp edges or—thanks to the unique combination of two brush systems—apply a radius of up to R=3 mm.

By installing special brushes, the SER600 with magnet system is also highly effective for removing oxide layers from steel products or slag from plasma-cut parts.

We offer the combination with a WES6000 wet grinding dust extraction system as the 'SER600 Set'.

The WES6000 was developed by Q-Fin to safely extract grinding dust without pressure loss. This extraction system, made entirely of stainless steel, is a wet operating unit that removes grinding dust from stainless steel, steel, and aluminum, eliminating fire and explosion risks. According to Q-Fin, it is the safest, simplest, and most sustainable way to extract grinding dust. With the WES6000, there is no more grinding dust in the air and/or in the work environment.
