Industrial Spiral Bread Cooler

An industrial spiral bread cooler is available, suitable for bakeries and production lines. The machine was in operation until recently and has been dismantled due to replacement with new equipment.

The spiral has a total length of approximately 420 meters and ensures uniform cooling of the products. The time for a full rotation is approximately 94 minutes, allowing for efficient cooling after baking. The system capacity is around 2,500 loaves per hour, with up to 4,000 loaves being held simultaneously, with a total weight of approximately 2,566 kg.

The construction allows for single or double spiral configurations (figure ‘8’ type), depending on the production needs. It is suitable for integration into existing bread and bakery product production lines.
