Functional Description:

Once the feed tray is positioned at the press outfeed, the workpiece mat is pushed under the holding device. Vacuum is applied to hold it in place, and then the mat is rotated by 180°.

Subsequently, the vacuum is switched off and the workpiece mat is turned. The entire batch is further processed directly on the turner.

The batch is automatically unloaded from the turner and placed at an adjacent station for further processing.

• Increased production capacity through rapid emptying of the press table
• Time and labor savings since coarse pre-cutting is no longer necessary
• Easier handling and inspection of parts
• The film edges of 3D furniture fronts are preserved, as the film is not drawn over the edge of the furniture front
• Optional automatic unloading, allowing the entire mat of parts to be cut out in a mat cutting machine
• The pins are protected with this turning system, as cutting does not take place directly on the pin table
