Rational CMP 101 E

This combi-steamer by manufacturer Rational is a CombiMaster® Plus with 8 x 1/1 GN racks in electric configuration, allowing you to equip each rack with deeper GN containers. (The unit can also be retrofitted for a 10-level rack.)

This combi-steamer was primarily used for heating packaged food and is therefore in a very well-maintained used condition.

The combi-steamer was manufactured in 2017. The unit has been inspected in our in-house workshop and is fully functional.

The stand shown in the pictures is not included in the offer, but can be purchased separately.

The combi-steamer will be available from the end of calendar week 6.
