This is an UltraVent Plus hood by the premium manufacturer Rational, type UVP 61/101E. This hood is suitable for iCombi unit sizes 6-1/1 & 10-1/1 in electric version. Thanks to condensation technology, the UltraVent binds escaping steam. An external connection or extension of an existing exhaust air system is not required for this recirculating hood. In addition to the condensation technology of the UltraVent, the UltraVent Plus features a special activated carbon filter system. This allows both steam to be condensed and unpleasant smoke—such as that generated during grilling or roasting—to be reduced. RATIONAL cooking systems can thus be installed even in sensitive locations, such as front-of-house areas.

The hood has been inspected in our in-house specialist workshop and is fully functional.
