Complete dumpling/knödel production line

The line can be inspected in Stavenhagen, Germany. The installation is still fully operational and connected to power, allowing for a demonstration.

The line is complete and starts with the storage of potato flakes. These are then mixed in the correct ratio. The system can also process other raw materials, such as bread dough or other ingredients. An additional big bag station is available for this purpose.
After mixing, the product is weighed and further mixed before being transferred to the Rheon forming machines.
The Rheon machines shape the product; if desired, a filling can also be added internally. The product then moves to the breading drum and subsequently to the shock freezer, where the exterior is hardened to ensure good packability.
After the freezing process, the product is weighed using a multihead weigher and packed in doypack packages.
Subsequently, it passes through the pasteurization tunnel, which ensures a longer shelf life. The packaging is then blown dry.
Finally, weight and metal checks are performed, after which the products are automatically packed into boxes by a repacking machine. The boxes are automatically stacked on pallets, after which the products are ready for transport.
