ROMER ultrasonic cleaning systems use stainless steel to provide protection against acids. The tanks feature an additional insulation layer to prevent heat loss and enable faster heating. High-quality materials ensure long service life of the vibrating elements.
Heating system
The heating elements used in ROMER tanks are made from top-grade materials and high-temperature resistant ceramic components. The heating system ensures high thermal efficiency, with hot water automatically mixing with cold water to heat the entire tank evenly.
Ultrasonic transducers
The ultrasonic elements used in ROMER cleaning machines are installed in immersion modules, which better reflect vibrations and are replaceable. The ultrasonic frequency range is 20–40 kHz depending on the item being cleaned; lower frequencies are used for large, robust parts and higher frequencies for jewelry, delicate mechanical systems, etc. All transducers are connected by high-temperature resistant cables.
