of an aluminium bracket screwdriving machine for RU-CSA-SMB or RU-CSA-SMZD,
equipped with the RU-SH special screwdriver, support table.
Length: 4000 mm, Width: 1400 mm, manual adjustment of the working platform inclination.
Holder for hardware shears or hardware punch.
16 swiveling counter supports for suspending sashes, fully pneumatically
foldable to allow unobstructed movement of sashes on the table surface.
Equipment for measuring the hardware length on the sash to ensure consistent and
variable/central gearbox positioning for already drilled sashes, color-based
size detection of the fittings.
RU-SH, special screwdriver with pneumatic depth control mounted on running carriage,
safety control, pneumatic height adjustment,
screw feeding device with automatic shut-off of the fill container
(manual insertion for a second screw length at the special screwdriver available upon request).

RA-8, 8-position turret stop mounted on running carriage for 8 screw positions.

RA-4, 4-position turret stop for four different sash widths mounted on
swivel table.
Sash size scanning, pneumatically operated, scanning range up to 2500 mm with
simultaneous clamping of the measurement device.

PSF – Pneumatic clamping device for sashes.
Working height adjustable from 900–1000 mm.
Support table covered with felt. Guide rail extended to the left by 800 mm.

RU-CSA-SMB Aluminium Bracket Screwdriving Machine with automatic
screw feeding and manual feeding of aluminium brackets from a mobile box
with pneumatic positioning device,
screwdriver with depth stop and 4-position turret stop.
Pneumatic adjustment in Y-direction against two 6-position
turret stops. Supply container for manual feed of rotary brackets
or clip holders in square format 18.5 x 18.5.
The bracket is manually pushed into a channel in the box and positioned
in front of the screwdriver tip via a pneumatically operated slide.
Profile depth max. 150 mm, screw spacing in Y-direction max. 120 mm.
