Base machine in the strongest frame-welded design with thick-walled, special box sections.
Guideways for the pressure rails in the press corners are low-wear machined.

Fast, smooth manual width adjustment by ball-bearing carriage, locking in 50 mm pitch holes, optionally with motor-driven width adjustment and hydraulic clamping (at extra cost).

Height adjustment and pressing by long-stroke cylinders in a single cycle. Right-side press corners with integrated horizontal cylinders, so no vertical positioning of horizontal pressure cylinders is required, preventing cylinder collision. Lower stop beam can be set to optimal height in several positions.

3 kW compact hydraulic unit with integrated control block, variable pressure adjustment from 20–120 bar, manometer included.

Operation via push buttons with separate control circuits for vertical and horizontal press cylinders, installed on free-movable control console.
