Now also with semi-automatic positioning of vertical press cylinders 1, 2, and 3 via enabling button, including ON/OFF selector switch for beam 2.

With automatic press cycle + manual control for mortise & tenon and dowel/cut tenon corner joints, toggle switch changeover on the control cabinet.
Basic configuration prepared for optional use of counter profiles if sashes are rebated on the loose part.

Base machine in the strongest frame-welded design with thick-walled, special box sections.
Guideways for the pressure rails in the press corners are low-wear machined.

Fast, smooth manual width adjustment by ball-bearing carriage, locking in 50 mm pitch holes, optionally with motor-driven width adjustment and hydraulic clamping (at extra cost).

Height adjustment and pressing by long-stroke cylinders in a single cycle. Right-side press corners with integrated horizontal cylinders, so no vertical positioning of horizontal pressure cylinders is required, preventing cylinder collision. Lower stop beam can be set to optimal height in several positions.
