Pusher speed up to 60 m/min in accordance with current safety regulations:
Movement speed of the carriage directly adjustable by computer depending on the cutting area. Faster versions available as an option.

- Very robust pusher carriage: extended dimensions approx. 300x345x25 mm.

- The aluminium support beam is large and robust: height 135 mm, width 120 mm.

- Special transmission system with a 50 mm wide toothed belt with 33 hardened steel bands inside, for high precision and performance

- Electronic brushless servo motor with constant torque and digital EtherCAT connection

- Laser photo cell for wood detection and
luminescence reader for fluorescent markings. System is fixed in position; no manual adjustment required for changes in wood thickness.

- Electronic operating system S-OPTIM

- Complete management of up to 5 cutting qualities

- Robust outfeed table for collecting cut pieces, made of hardened steel, length 3000 mm. Inclined at 25 degrees, like the rest of the line, and fully equipped with guide.
