The line is entirely constructed from stainless steel and has the following features:

- Conveyor belt width: 1000 mm

- Pasteurising belt speed adjustable from 1 to 3.3 meters per minute

- Wrapping belt speed adjustable from 0.65 to 1.95 meters per minute

- Cooling belt speed adjustable from 0.43 to 1.3 meters per minute

- Pasteurisation chamber temperature: 96 to 99°C

- Wrapping unit internal temperature: 65 to 70°C

- Cooling unit internal temperature: +3°C

- Pasteurisation time: 1’50” to 5’30”

- Wrapping time: 3’40” to 10’55”

- Cooling time: 7’58” to 24’

A suitable steam generator for this line is available, but not included in the stated price.
