Penekan pneumatik

Schmidt 25-100-3K

Kondisi: baru, Pressure: 8.5 kN Stroke: 40 mm Throat depth: 95 mm Working height: from 95 to 240 mm Table size: 160 x 110 mm Spindle diameter: 25 mm Machine weight: approx. 27 kg Dimensions (L x W x H): 160 x 230 mm Direct-acting pneumatic presses deliver the full pressing force over the entire stroke length. They are primarily used when processing long-stroke parts with consistent force is required. Convincing technology: • Long and precise spindle guidance ensures maximum dimensional accuracy • Hardened and ground piston rod for virtually unlimited service life • Double-acting cylinders with end position cushioning on both sides • Double guide rings on the piston for smooth and consistent running • Oil-resistant sealing elements Special features of the PND series: • Spindle secured against twisting • For the PND 85/S, spindle return is effected via only one cylinder chamber—providing additional air savings • Working height fine adjustment is simple, quick and precise in 2 stages: – Basic adjustment by loosening the clamping screws on the stand Dodpjfv Awaefx Afwjku – Precision fine adjustment via the stroke limit ring on the piston rod Additional advantage: Faster cycle times and air savings.
