Heavy-duty mechanical eccentric drawing press in robust double-column design from Schuler, engineered for continuous industrial operation in the automotive sector.

The machine features a pressing force of 1,200 t as well as a fixed ram stroke of 600 mm, in addition to a ram adjustment of 600 mm. The stroke rate is approximately 9 strokes per minute. The shut height is approx. 1,600 mm, allowing for the processing of large-volume tools and components.

A particular highlight is the large working area with a table size of approx. 4,500 mm as well as a movable / extendable press table, which significantly simplifies die setting and tool changes, making the machine ideal for use with heavy tooling.

The integrated drawing system (blankholder cushion) provides a pressing force of approx. 225 t with a stroke of approx. 200 mm, enabling demanding deep-drawing and forming operations as typically required in body shell manufacturing.

Additionally, the press is equipped with a pneumatic ejector in the ram (approx. 95 t / 150 mm), which supports automated part removal.

Since the 1990s, the press has not been operated in continuous production at its current location and has only been used for testing purposes.
