This 20 hl brewhouse was manufactured in 2012 by Schwarzenbeker. It is a 2-vessel system (mash/kettle + lauter tun/whirlpool) with a net capacity of 18–19 hl and a maximum mash load of 600 kg. The brewhouse is steam-heated with a double steam jacket and features PLC-based automation, allowing for recipe management and precise process control.
