1. General Description of the System
The subject system is a window and door production line, type Windor 60/100 by SCM Group, year of manufacture 2005.
This is a CNC-controlled angle processing centre for industrial machining of frame and sash components. The system is designed for series production and enables precise, repeatable processing in integrated process steps.
2. Main Components of the System
2.1 Angle Processing Centre SCM Windor 60/100
The SCM Windor 60/100 is of modular construction and designed as an angle machining unit. Machining is carried out on a tenoning side and a profiling side, arranged at right angles to each other.
The system combines several machining steps such as milling, drilling, grooving, rebating, and tenoning in a continuous, CNC-controlled process.

2.2 Fleximat Drilling Centre
The Fleximat drilling centre is integrated into the production line and provides precise drilling operations for joints and fittings.

2.3 Profiler Centre
The profiler centre is designed for profile-forming milling operations and consists of two machining sides:
Right side:
* Lifting spindle with height adjustment
* Suitable for variable profile and contour machining
Left side:
* 24-position tool changer
* Automatic tool change to minimise setup times
* Suitable for complex profile milling
2.4 Löwer Wide-Belt Sander
A wide-belt sander from Löwer is integrated into the production line.
The machine is solely used for surface sanding to improve the surface quality of the processed components.
3. Control, Operation, and Safety
The system is equipped with CNC control, managing all machining operations, tool changes, as well as feed and spindle movements.
Operation is semi-automated or fully automated by trained personnel.
The safety equipment corresponds to the state of the art at the time of installation (year of manufacture 2005) and includes in particular:
* Mechanical safety devices and enclosures

4. Optional Extension: SCM Topset XL Planer (10-spindle)
To expand the existing machinery, the installation of an SCM Topset XL planer with 10 spindles is planned.
The machine will be operated as an independent processing station at a separate location within the production hall and will not be integrated into the Windor system’s CNC control.
The system is available and can be dismantled at any time. Dismantling and transport must be organised by the purchaser.
