Continuous Veneer Press Sergiani LAS Plus

Used, year of manufacture: 1997, already dismantled and stored

Automatic press with continuous operation for the production of blockboard doors, finished doors (veneered doors, HPL, CPL), and pre-finished parquet (2 - 3 layers). The press allows workpieces to be loaded consecutively while the pressure in the other chambers is maintained. Up to 2 operators are required for line operation. The multi-level press enables very high production capacity. Pressing time per cycle is approx. 3 minutes (180 seconds) divided over 10 levels, opening every 18 seconds to process a new panel. The press is dismantled and stored. The system was in operation until dismantling.

The previous owner used the press for 3-layer parquet production. The bottom layer was placed manually. The middle layer consists of a single piece, glued on both sides and fed in automatically. The top layer was also automatically fed.
